1. It's a product that can be used for 14 years of age or older.

2. Due to the nature of the random figure product, you can't choose the character you want, and you can't exchange/refund it by simply changing your mind after opening it.

3. Fine painting mistakes, smudges, surface scratches, and mold lines that occur during the production of figures are natural phenomena and are not subject to return or exchange.

4. If the product is found to be defective, it may be difficult to exchange it with the same figure due to the nature of the random box.

5. There is a possibility of duplication if you purchase multiple 'random boxes'. The 'Full Box' consists of three figures that are not duplicated.

6. Avoid fire, direct sunlight and high temperatures.

7. Do not use the product for anything other than its original purpose.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, but additional shipping charges can be charged if the purchased product weighs more than 1.5 kilograms. In this case, we will contact you at the email address you wrote when you signed up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the same condition that you received and in the original packaging.

To return a product, please note at Q&A board and we will provide a return authorization for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be fully refunded to your original form of payment within 5~10 business days. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Returnable items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only available by mail. When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
• Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.
