| HOW TO USE |

TO ATTACH

1. Dry the attachment location and remove any debris.

2. Remove the transparent protective film on the back of the smart talk and attach it to the appropriate location.

TO SEPARATE

Hold the smartphone safely and apply a constant force in one direction to the corner of the smart talk to remove it. If you use excessive force to remove the SmartTalk, it may be damaged.

TO CLEAN

If dirt or debris has weakened the adhesion of the SmartTalk, it can be lightly washed with water and completely dried for reuse. If SmartTalk is removed and washed frequently, its adhesion may be weakened.

2. Please check the memo below as it may not be possible to use smart talk.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, but additional shipping charges can be charged if the purchased product weighs more than 1.5 kilograms. In this case, we will contact you at the email address you wrote when you signed up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the same condition that you received and in the original packaging.

To return a product, please note at Q&A board and we will provide a return authorization for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be fully refunded to your original form of payment within 5~10 business days. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Returnable items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only available by mail. When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
• Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.
