The giant tiger cushion is so large that it is kept compressed and shipped! That's why a giant tiger might say hello to you for the first time with a wrinkled ugly face! At times like that, don't panic and tap the giant tiger. Tap up and down, pull ears, pull feet, and massage entire body. It's made strong so there's no risk of damage to the product, so feel free to rub it! If you go through this process, the cotton inside will straighten out and shape the giant tiger! (If you do this after washing, you can maintain the giant tiger's cuteness!)

1. Size, embroidery shape, and overall form are slightly different (see the detail page), which is a natural phenomenon in the handmade manufacturing process, and is not defective, and is not a reason for exchange/refund. If you are sensitive, please think about it and buy it.

2. Please be careful as the outer fabric can be torn if it is scratched by sharp edges or sharp parts.

3. Hand wash in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent and do not use bleach. After washing, do not squeeze, shake off the water and dry in a well-ventilated shade.

4. The color you see may vary depending on the environment of your PC/mobile device, so please consult with the Q&A bulletin board before purchasing it.

5. Avoid fire, direct sunlight and high temperatures.

6. Do not use the product other than its original purpose.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, but additional shipping charges can be charged if the purchased product weighs more than 1.5 kilograms. In this case, we will contact you at the email address you wrote when you signed up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the same condition that you received and in the original packaging.

To return a product, please note at Q&A board and we will provide a return authorization for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be fully refunded to your original form of payment within 5~10 business days. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Returnable items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only available by mail. When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
• Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.
