1. Due to the nature of UV printing, the print pins of the picture and the writing may be slightly off.
2. There is a small bump on the lid and bottom of the product. This is a natural phenomenon that occurred during the manufacturing process using molds.
3. Because it is a thick and hard TPU material, it may not be worn properly for the first time. Also, when the lid is opened after wearing it, it may not fully recline. But this is an early symptom, and as you use it, it becomes more flexible and smoother and easier to use. This is not a defect due to the nature of the product material.
4. Unlike normal silicon materials, TPU is thick and hard, which may prevent the fairing from being pressed.
5. If the product is scratched on a sharp spot, the printing may come off, so be careful.
6. Wearing this AirPod case for a long time in hot and humid conditions can stain the AirPods. This happens very rarely and is a temporary phenomenon and can be easily recovered. If this occurs, contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the same condition that you received and in the original packaging. To return a product, please note at Q&A board and we will provide a return authorization for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be fully refunded to your original form of payment within 5~10 business days.
